Well, to have a healthy life, I think that the most important aspects are having a good way to eat, like eating vegetables and fruits every day, and also exercising at least 3 days per week. I try to have the necessary meals in a day and also trying to avoid candies, chocolates, and fast food.
ResponderEliminarIn my case I would rather to have a conventional treatment, because I it is more effective and it works in a short period of time than others kinds of medicine. But also this medicine has disadvantages like a lot of secondary effects, and you may use them if a doctor says it, because it can produce other diseases.
For taking the stress out, you can get a professional massage, to have a relaxing moment and clear your mind, organized all your “worries” or “projects” and in that way you would be more calm and less stressful.

I prefer alternative medicine because it is a natural option to treat the diseases but if I need to consume conventional medicine, I do it.
3 for taking the stress out, you can make a plan, and organize your activities and works. maybe go to a sauna and do excersises.

1)That depends on the people, especially the type of life and routines that lead. In general, you should exercise and eat the vitamins, proteins, lipids and amino acids the body needs. But above all must keep a balance of meals and exercise, not to exceed it but also did not. And I always sleep the eight hours a day.
ResponderEliminar2) If a serious illness I prefer conventional medicine because for me it is safer and I have more chance of cure and be healthy. A disadvantage would be the time it takes to Costa Rica to be treated in a hospital and the amount of chemicals that are being ingested into the human body. And the advantage would be the good chance you have of being cured.
3) Rest and do not pretend to be perfect in something because most times it leads to stress. And spend time with yourself.
1- For keeping my life healthy I try to avoid fast food as far as I can and also I make exercise sometimes I wish I could do it all the time but high school does not allow you to do it and I drink water and eat fruits every day.
ResponderEliminar2- I rather alternative medicine because conventional one is really expensive,makes less harm to your body (secondary effects)and well if some tribes can survive with different kinds of herbal medicines and things like that then why cannot you do it? Some disadvantages are that conventional medicine is more effective and alternative one does nor cure every illness like AIDS or cancer but it can help you with the secondary effects.
3- For taking the stress out you should spend some time doing funny activities (that depends on yourself) and sometimes it is good to worry about the present and take it step by step without gazing at the future :)

ResponderEliminar1.Well I think in most of the time I have a healthy life one of the things that I do for have a healthy life is to try to drink water, not to eat too many junk food but sometimes I cannot avoid and prefer the stairs instead of the elevator.

3.I recommend making exercises, putting your mind in other things that make you laugh and not take so serious the problems but this doesn´t mean that you going to be someone the doesn´t care anything.

ResponderEliminarWell for keep a healthy life in the physic way I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables I also drink a lot of water and eat salad with every meal every day. . The things that I avoid are: drink too much soda, eat junky and fatty food and eat carbohydrates with carbohydrates. The things that I should do are: avoid eating a lot of candies and desserts and do exercise but honestly I love eat sweet things and I hate do exercise. But a healthy life is not just that you have to be a very healthy people in your mind, soul and body the things that I do for being healthy inside are: I sleep well every night, I try to keep my mind clear, avoid the stress (but not so many times I do it, but you should do it), I also like to listen to relaxing music, be good in my mind and in my soul and I practice yoga when I need to relaxing a little bit.
2. Why types of medicine do you prefer to receive: conventional or alternative medicine? Why? Talk about its advantages and disadvantages
Well honestly I did not prefer any of them but my mom taught me that the alternatives medicines are much much better so I prefer it, too. I think that the alternative medicine has a lot of advantages for example they are made with natural ingredients, in most of the cases they do not have a lot of side effects that are not to be very concerned about it , they do not damage the organism like the lot of chemical things in n the normal medicine. But like all the things they have disadvantages such as: the results are not immediately, they are expensive, you cannot find it everywhere.
3. Which will be your advice or suggestions for taking the stress out?
You have to keep in calm, with a positive mind when you are doing something, you do not have to do everything perfect if you put a lot of effort in it, it is ok even when it is not perfect, learn that so many things in life are difficult but you have to confront them, learn that you cannot be the best in everything because in life when you arrive to some where always is someone better than you but you do not have to feel bad about it instead you have to over it and moving forward, if you do something and you put all your effort but even though the result is not good you have to keep trying and not give it up. And the most important thing you have to worry just about the things that really matters like your family, your friends, your health, but not feel stress out if you are not the best in something.
1)So you can keep a healthy life do exercise , eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables also you have to take care about hygiene. Also you have to avoid the fat food and fast food and when you eat you can go to sleep immediately you must take some time for the food.

1. To keep a healthy life is very important to care about what you eat. You have to eat at least three times at day, and also include salads, vegetables and fruits. I think that make exercise or practicing a sport it will help you to have a healthy life. I like it because it’s healthier than conventional medicine, is cheaper and it didn’t brings you secondary effects, but it had some disadvantages like is more difficult to find in the stores and it takes time to heal you.
3. For taking stress out is important to organized your time, write down your activities and plans. Another idea is to make some exercises or get a massage. But the best idea is to go traveling to a relaxing place.

You need to do exercise at least 3 days per week, also you need to have good nutritional habits, try to keep a healthy weight, drink water, etc. Moreover you don't have to smoke or drink alcohol and avoid sedentarism.
You must follow those steps for you to be a healthy person.
2. In my opinion, conventional medicine is the best option. Science has enough technology resources to find different cures and medicines to treat any disease, moreover it is more efficient, secure and you can control the side effects. In the other hand, conventional medicine has its disvantages too, for example: the cost of medicines are higher, it can take more time and in some cases it doesn't work at all. Even though many people support conventional medicine, other people prefer alternative medicine because of the cost, and because of some religions beliefs, among others. However it has disvantages too, such as: it is not that efficient, it is illegal in some countries and it doesn't have science's proof to support it.
3. Stress is just a consequence of living in a "fast life". Some tips to take out the stress could be to organize the priorities in your life, also try to calm down when things are getting out of control, do not worry about problems just think in the solution, pamper yourself, enjoy every moment in your life, stress just makes you get diseases.

1)I try to keep a healthy life... i do exercise, try to eat well...avoid foods high in sugar or fat. Also I go to the doctor periodically. i try do not stress out and keep a happy life!
ResponderEliminar2)I prefer to use alternative medicine because I think is more healthy that the conventional one, have fewer side effects and I think are most effective although they are more expensive while the conventional ones have a lot of side effects and also can cause other ailments although they are easier to get.
3)when I get stressed I try to relax with things that I like, in my case is dance.
So i think that something that really helps you to avoid the stress is doing something that you enjoy something that relax you and make you feel a little bit peaceful.
